I placed an order online and it has been processed, but I haven’t received a confirmation email. What should I do?

Why was my order cancelled?

Orders can be cancelled automatically or manually for reasons such as:

  • The item is unavailable or out of stock

  • A technical error occurred

  • Payment was unsuccessful

If your order has been cancelled, you will be notified accordingly.

How do I know if my order was successful?

You will receive an email confirmation shortly after placing your order. The email will contain:

  • An order reference number

  • An order number

  • Tracking information

  • An order summary including your shipping address

If you don’t see this in your inbox, please check your spam or junk mail. If you’re still unsure, contact us via our Contact Us page.

What is a Pre-Order?

A Pre-Order is an item that is not yet in stock but can be reserved for future release. This guarantees you’ll receive the item as soon as it becomes available, so you don’t miss out if it sells out elsewhere.
Estimated shipping dates are listed in the item description and may be subject to change by the manufacturer.

How long will it take for a Pre-Order to arrive?

Once we receive the pre-ordered item, it will be shipped to you within 1–3 business days. An email confirmation with a tracking number will be sent upon shipment.
If you’ve ordered multiple pre-ordered items, your order will ship once all items are in stock. Occasionally, certain items may arrive earlier than others.

Same‑Day Delivery Policy

Same-day delivery requests must be made before placing an order by contacting us via our Instagram page or by email.

  • Service available within Metro Manila only

  • A rush fee of ₱200 applies

  • Delivery fee is the responsibility of the buyer

  • Same‑day requests are accepted between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM only

  • Only pre‑arranged requests will be accommodated

  • Once confirmed, you can place your order online, via GCash, or through bank transfer

All shipments originate from our warehouse located in Metro Manila, Philippines.

Delivery Times

  • Metro Manila: 2–3 working days

  • Provincial Areas: 5–7 working days
    (Sunday and holidays are not considered working days.)

Courier

We use LBC for deliveries within the Philippines.

Shipping Costs

  • Metro Manila: ₱100

  • Provincial Areas: ₱150

  • Free nationwide shipping for orders over ₱3,500

Delivery Estimates

  • Metro Manila: 2–3 business days

  • Luzon: 2–4 business days

  • Visayas: 5–10 business days

  • Mindanao: 7–10 business days

Typhoon Season Advisory

During the typhoon season in the Philippines (June–November), delays may occur due to weather conditions, flight cancellations, or logistical constraints.

Failed Delivery Attempts & Re‑booking Charges

If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect contact information or the recipient being unavailable, the package will be returned to us. The customer is responsible for any re‑booking fees required to reship the order.
Please ensure your contact details are accurate and available at the time of delivery.

Can I return my order?

We ensure that every item undergoes thorough quality control before shipping. Upon receiving your order, we encourage you to inspect it immediately.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us within 7 days of receipt via email, and a customer service representative will help you.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Regular items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery if in original condition, including packaging and accessories.

  • Returns for size exchanges must be shipped via a third‑party courier, and the return shipping cost must be covered by the customer. We will ship the new item via Gogoexpress upon receiving the returned item.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that have unpaid shipping charges.

  • Damaged or incorrect items will be replaced as soon as possible.

  • All returned items must be in their original condition, with tags attached, and placed in their original packaging.

  • Products marked down by 30% or more are final sale and not eligible for returns.

Refund Policy

We issue refunds for:

  • Missing order(s)

  • Incorrect order(s)

  • Damaged item(s) that meet our damage criteria
